How Admissions Work
In South Africa, public school admissions (including Kimberley Girls’ High School) are managed by the Provincial Department of Education, not directly by the school.
Parents/guardians must apply through the Official provincial online admissions system.
For KGHS, this falls under the Northern Cape Department of Education.
The 2027 Online Learner Admission System will open for applications on 20 April 2026 and will close on 29 May 2026. Furthermore, the Online Admission System will be open for applications in all Grades for public ordinary schools in the Northern Cape.
